For monthly Rates:
They will be pro rated thru end of the month from date of entry, then monthly will be as stated from the 1st of each month.

For weekly Rates: There will be a daily rate for any days over 7 days. For example: 9 days = 1 weekly rate + 2 daily rate.

RENT IS DUE ON OR BEFORE THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH

Electric charge is for Monthly rate customers. (Extended Stay) $135.00 deposit required on 30 Amp & $170.00 on 50 Amp

Meters will be read upon entry to the site and the last day of each month.
Any electric used will be added to the bill for the next month, to keep the deposit at full amount.
Any electric over the deposit amount will be added to the bill for the next month, and deposit may be increased accordingly.
Any un-used electric deposit money will be refunded upon sign out at end of visit.
